Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Rapid Payouts B.V. (the "Operator") and your use of the online casino and betting services provided via festbets.com, including the Fast Bet version of the service (together, "Fast Bet", the "Website" or the "Services"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and replace all previous versions.
By registering an account with Fast Bet, accessing or using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Services.
The Services are offered under a licence issued in Curaçao only. Fast Bet is not licensed or regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and is not permitted to offer or advertise remote gambling to persons located in the United Kingdom. You must not use the Services if you are in a jurisdiction, including the UK, where it would be unlawful to do so or where local law requires gambling to be provided by locally licensed operators.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. Other capitalised terms may be defined elsewhere in these Terms.
- Operator means Rapid Payouts B.V., a private limited liability company registered in Curaçao, operating the Website under Curaçao licence number 365/JAZ.
- Website or Services means the online gaming platform operated at festbets.com and any related sites, mobile or other applications, including the Fast Bet version.
- Account means a personal user account registered in your name with Fast Bet for the purpose of using the Services.
- User or Player or you means any natural person who registers an Account or otherwise uses the Services.
- Bet or Wager means any stake of real or bonus funds placed by you on a game, casino round, or other event offered through the Services.
- Games means casino games, slots, live casino games and any other gambling products made available on the Website from time to time.
- Bonus means any promotional benefit, including bonus money, free spins, cashback, tournaments or similar offers credited to your Account under promotional campaigns or bonus terms.
- Real-Money Balance means funds you have deposited and any winnings derived therefrom, excluding any Bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
- Bonus Balance means any Bonus funds and associated winnings that are subject to specific wagering requirements or other conditions before they can be withdrawn.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity verification, source-of-funds checks and any related due diligence carried out by the Operator in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and the Operator's AML/KYC Policy.
- Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory in which use of the Services is illegal, not permitted under local law, or explicitly prohibited by the Operator. This includes the United Kingdom and any jurisdiction where a local licence is required which the Operator does not hold.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or older than the minimum legal age for online gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. The Operator may request evidence of age at any time and may suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be verified.
- Residence and location: You must not use the Services if you are resident in, located in, or accessing the Website from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- One account per person: You may hold only one Account with Fast Bet. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed and any Bonuses voided. The Operator may consolidate balances and treat activity across multiple Accounts as a single Account for investigation purposes.
Account Creation Process
- Registration details: To register, you must complete the online sign-up form, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, country, email address and any other details requested. You confirm that all information supplied is true, complete and up to date.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email you provide. Until verification is completed, certain features (including deposits, Bonuses or withdrawals) may be restricted.
- Ongoing accuracy: You must promptly update your Account details if they change. The Operator may suspend the Account or restrict access if it reasonably suspects that information is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
KYC, AML and Source-of-Funds Checks
- Verification obligations: In line with Curaçao regulations, international AML requirements and the Operator's AML/KYC Policy, the Operator may request identity and verification documents at any time, including: passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method ownership evidence and, where appropriate, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
- Verification before withdrawals: The Operator may, and in some cases must, complete KYC checks before allowing deposits, Bonuses or any withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents in a clear, legible and acceptable form may result in suspension of the Account, voiding of Bets and forfeiture of Bonuses and, where required by law, winnings.
- Screening and monitoring: The Operator may conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions and Account activity to detect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful conduct, and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Account Security and Responsibility
- Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security details confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
- Unauthorised access: Any activity carried out using your login details is deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. The Operator is not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials unless caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Responsible use: You must use the Services for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any other person and not for commercial or professional purposes.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing and Accepting Bets
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules (paytables, RTP information, side-bet rules etc.) made available within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you accept the specific Game rules as well as these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific Game rules will generally prevail for that Game.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is placed once you confirm it on the Website and it is recorded by the Operator's servers. A Bet is accepted when it appears in your Account history. If a discrepancy arises between your local device records and the Operator's systems, the records on the Operator's servers will prevail, subject to investigation.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has minimum and maximum Bet limits. You are responsible for ensuring that any Bet you place complies with these limits. The Operator may reject or partially accept Bets that exceed limits, or otherwise reasonably restrict the size of any Bet.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Player cancellations: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you generally cannot cancel or change it. In live casino Games, your window to act is limited; once the betting period for a round closes, no changes are possible.
- Obvious errors ("palpable errors"): If a Bet is accepted at odds or game conditions that, due to an obvious and manifest error or system failure, are materially incorrect, the Operator may declare the Bet void and return the stake to your Real-Money Balance, or settle it at the correct conditions, acting reasonably and in good faith.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction of the Website, Game software, random number generator (RNG), connectivity, or other systems, all affected Bets and Game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Live Casino, Chat and Player Conduct
- Behaviour standards: You must behave respectfully and lawfully when interacting with live dealers, chat hosts, other players and support staff. Insults, discriminatory language, threats, harassment, spamming, promotion of other services or posting of illegal content are strictly prohibited.
- Collusion and cheating: You must not participate in any form of collusion, use bots or automated systems, exploit software bugs, manipulate outcomes, or engage in any fraudulent or unfair strategies. The Operator may void Bets, withhold winnings and close Accounts where it reasonably believes cheating, collusion or fraud has occurred.
- Responsible gambling: You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. The Operator encourages responsible play and provides information and tools at https://festbets.com/responsible-gaming. However, Fast Bet is not integrated with UK schemes such as GAMSTOP, and UK-specific self-exclusion tools mandated by the UK Gambling Commission are not available.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses as described on https://festbets.com/bonus-terms or in promotional materials. Bonus offers may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit, country eligibility, payment method restrictions or promo codes.
- Bonus acceptance: By claiming, opting in to or using a Bonus, you accept both these Terms and the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion. If you do not agree with those terms, you must not activate or use the Bonus.
- Account verification: The Operator may require your Account to be verified (KYC completed) before crediting a Bonus or allowing any withdrawal of funds related to a Bonus.
Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering conditions: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (for example, a requirement to wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount a specified number of times) before Bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying Games will be specified in the bonus terms.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino or low-risk bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Details are set out in the bonus terms.
- Timeframes: Bonuses are typically subject to an expiry period (for example, 7-30 days) within which wagering requirements must be met. If the timeframe expires, the Bonus and any associated winnings not yet converted to Real-Money Balance may be forfeited.
Prohibited Play and Bonus Abuse
- Restricted strategies: Certain betting patterns and strategies are considered abusive when using Bonus funds, such as placing very low-risk bets, hedging bets, using double-or-nothing strategies, or accumulating low-risk winnings primarily to clear wagering requirements. The Operator may specify prohibited patterns in the bonus terms and may withhold or confiscate Bonus-related winnings where abuse is identified.
- Max bet limits: When playing with an active Bonus, a maximum stake per Bet or spin may apply. Stakes that exceed this limit may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and related winnings, even if the Game interface allows higher stakes.
- Multiple Accounts and linked activity: Using multiple Accounts, coordinated play between different players, or other tactics to gain unfair advantage from Bonuses is prohibited. The Operator may cancel Bonuses, void Bets, withhold winnings and close relevant Accounts in such cases.
Combining Promotions
- One promotion at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time.
- Change or removal of offers: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, subject to honouring rights that have already been validly acquired and not lost due to breach of the bonus terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support various deposit methods, including payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies, as displayed in the cashier section. Availability of methods may depend on your country, currency and verification status.
- Ownership of funds: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership (such as a photo of the card or account statement) and may void transactions that breach this requirement.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits will be shown in the cashier. The Operator does not usually charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may. You are responsible for any third-party charges.
Withdrawals
- General rules: You may request withdrawal of your Real-Money Balance, subject to these Terms, any applicable Bonus conditions and completion of required KYC checks. Withdrawals are normally processed back to the same method used for deposit where reasonably possible.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 24-72 hours), though actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on payment provider, method, and any additional checks needed. Complex payment or security issues may be referred internally and may take up to 48 hours or longer to resolve.
- Limits and instalments: Daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply as displayed in the cashier. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments and may require enhanced verification.
Verification, Chargebacks and Refunds
- Verification before payout: The Operator may withhold or delay withdrawals while verifying your identity, address, payment method ownership or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in cancellation of withdrawals, closure of the Account and, where required by law, forfeiture of funds.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider, the Operator may suspend your Account, recover amounts due, and charge you for reasonable costs incurred. Any winnings derived from disputed or charged-back deposits may be voided.
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused Real-Money Balance may be granted. If a refund is provided, associated Bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
Currency, Crypto and Exchange
- Account currency: Your Account will be maintained in a primary currency displayed during registration or in the cashier. If your payment method is in a different currency, conversion may occur and you are responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees.
- Cryptocurrency risks: Where cryptocurrencies are accepted, their value is volatile and may fluctuate significantly. Deposits and withdrawals in cryptocurrency may be converted at the time of processing based on rates provided by third-party processors. The Operator is not responsible for losses due to currency value changes or blockchain delays.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to provide fair and secure Games, using certified random number generators (RNGs) and reputable third-party providers. The Operator endeavours to ensure that the Services operate in accordance with their published rules.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator takes reasonable care to ensure that information on the Website is accurate, complete and up to date, it does not guarantee that the Services will be free from errors, omissions or interruptions.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, server or network failures, viruses, malicious attacks, software defects, or issues with your equipment or internet connection, except where caused directly by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
- Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services is limited to the lesser of: (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute; or (ii) the net amount you have deposited to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, in each case excluding any Bonus funds.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence, remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Content and software: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services (including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio and video content, and user interface design) are owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish or make available to the public any part of the Website or its content without the Operator's prior written consent.
- No reverse engineering: You must not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Trademarks: "Fast Bet", related logos and any other brand features used on festbets.com (including any Fast Bet branding) are trademarks or trade names of the Operator or its licensors. You must not use them without prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed by Rapid Payouts B.V. as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Operator's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, your rights in relation to your personal data, and how to contact the Operator regarding privacy matters.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to your data being processed in accordance with it, including for purposes of providing the Services, conducting KYC and AML checks, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.
Changes to Terms
Amendments
- Right to update: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, product features or business practices. The "Effective date" at the beginning of these Terms will be updated to reflect the date of the latest revision.
Notification and Acceptance
- Notice: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email to the address registered on your Account, by a notice or banner on the Website, or by requiring active re-acceptance when you next log in.
- Continued use: By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real-Money Balance.
Termination & Suspension
By the Player
- Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or, where available, via the Account settings on the Website. Before closure, you may request withdrawal of any eligible Real-Money Balance, subject to these Terms.
By the Operator
- Suspension or closure for cause: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, withhold funds or void Bonuses where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, used a fraudulent or unauthorised payment method, engaged in collusion, cheating or criminal activity, failed KYC checks, been involved in chargebacks or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
- Regulatory reasons: The Operator may suspend or terminate the Services (in whole or in part) or close Accounts if required by law, a regulatory authority, court order or its Curacao licence conditions.
Effects of Termination
- Balance treatment: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by the Operator), and subject to any legal or regulatory obligations, the Operator will pay out any remaining Real-Money Balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will normally be forfeited on closure unless otherwise required by law.
- Survival of terms: Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including those on liability, IP rights, privacy, governing law and dispute resolution) will continue to apply after your Account is closed.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Curaçao law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that may apply.
- No UK regulation: Fast Bet operates under a Curaçao gaming licence (365/JAZ) issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. It is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and you will not have access to UK-specific protections such as UK-approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) providers, the UK complaints schemes or UK account protection arrangements.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details. The Operator will investigate and attempt to resolve your complaint in a fair and timely manner.
- Escalation to regulator: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's response, you may be able to escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which supervises the licence under which the Services are offered. Information is available at https://gamingcontrolcuracao.org/. Any such escalation is subject to the regulator's procedures and remit.
- Courts of Curaçao: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your local courts, the courts of Curaçao will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
